Enoch Magazine travels to Warped Tour to interview the bands. At some point in the interview, every band was asked what their perception of Jesus was. Austin Carlile, singer of the band “Of Mice and Men (Rise Records),” was asked this same question about Jesus. However, he gave an answer that was quite different from many of the other bands’ responses.

Nate and his wife spent a lot of time hanging out on the streets of Skid Row in the year they were living at Union Rescue Mission. It was during this time they met Joyce. Joyce is an alcoholic who is homeless and living on the streets of Skid Row but she loves Jesus and has a passion to share Jesus with everyone.
This is the most honest interview we’ve ever done with someone who lives on the streets of Skid Row.

The Kingdom Center is quite possibly the coolest thing we’ve seen “the church” do. They pick up the homeless each day, bring them to the church and offer them food, clothing, showers, counseling, etc. Then, if that wasn’t enough, they bought an beat up motel next to the ocean and convinced 18 churches in the Ventura community to join together and sponsor individual rooms as transitional family housing.

Enoch Magazine never turns down an interview with Ivoryline. We’ve been friends for a few years now and we were able to catch up with them on their last tour in Dallas, Texas. That had one simple message that they share with power, “judged by Christ, not the world.”
